Could not authenticate error

Im keeping having this trouble whenever I start Outlook and it tries to update all folders. I used to have two hotmail accounts connected and that problem kept occurring most of the time. Now I removed one account and behold all of a sudden it worked like a charm. But I wont settle for that. I want to connect both accounts, but I tried it several times, whenever I connect more than one account, I get that "Could not authenticate against the Windows Live ID Service. Please try again later." There must be a solution to this problem...
