ran scanpst.exe and that fixed most, but cannot access personal folders

I ran scanpost.exe on my inbox today and it completed and allowed me to access my email account. I can send and receive messages, but I discovered that I could not access many of my folders, including contacts and personal folders. How can I get this information back?
