Inbox repair tool - scanpst.exe. That file is missing from my computer.

I'm using windows 7 - outlook 2007 and I don't have the scanpst.exe file to try and fix my outlook problem.

I have tried looking in hidden folders/files, etc. I'm getting an outlook error message 0x80040600. It just stopped working had been running fine since August. Can't figure out how to fix this outlook problem. HELP.
