Inbox Sub-Folder - Web

I have noticed a sub-folder in my inbox, which is called Web. I have no idea how it got there, what it is used for, how it gets populated or how to manage/delete it (or even if I should)
 
This is in a POP account? It's not a default Outlook folder and if you aren't using imap, not a folder your mail server created. An addin may have added it - check the addins in File, options, addins.

Can you right-click and Delete it?
