I have an upgraded Windows 10 computer and I am running Microsoft Office 2013 (click to run I believe). It has been easy for me to locate the scanpst.exe file. It is located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\scanpst.exe
I have read high and low and have seen a couple of people mention that the scanpstXX.dll file was not in the same folder but mine is:
When I double click on scanpst.exe nothing happens at all. If I right click and choose "Run as administrator" a User Account Control window will pop up and ask if I want to allow the program to make changes to my computer. When I click on the "Yes" button the User Account Control window disappears and the program never opens.
Does anybody know what I should do to get scanpst.exe to run on my computer?
