Editing the Read Receipt

In Outlook 2007 in an Exchange 2007 environment Read Receipts can be requested. How can the Read Receipt text be customized?

Standard message:

Your message
To: YourLastName, YourFirstName
Subject: Receipt Test
Sent: 12/14/2011 1:51 PM

was read on 12/14/2011 1:51 PM.

Can it be edited (for all users) to:

Your Company Name

Your message
To: YourLastName, YourFirstName
Subject: Receipt Test
