Since installing Office 2010, about 2 weeks ago, Outlook is downloading every email twice. Can anyone help please?
 
How many accounts are in your profile? Do you leave mail on the server? There is a known issue with POP3 accounts that are delivered to one data file - the secondary accounts are downloaded multiple times when its left on the server.

Another cause is adding the account twice or using a catchall maibox and leaving mail on the server.
