Hi Guys,
We have an exchange 2003 server and all clients use 2007 outlook.
We use a public calendar to organise ourselves booking ourselves on meeting etc.
is there a way to stop double booking a user in the public calendar.
so for instance a user is on holiday for a week we can schedule a calender event in the public calendar for that holiday and mark the user as busy so that the user cant be booked on a meeting. Or if an engineer is onsite for a day again can we mark him as busy so that he can't be booked out again by any other user.
Thanks
