Pushing GAL to a public folder

We use a program to share contacts of some domains in the global address list (GAL). The problem is, that entries from the GAL are not visible in mobile device contact lists e.g. Blackberry. Is there a way or a tool, script etc. to push the entries of the GAL into a public folder or personal contacts list in Outlook (both connectable is to Blackberry contacts.
