Adding [From] Email Address to Outlook 2010

Hello guys,

I am having 2 Gmail accounts, one is used for everything on the web and the other one is for my personal and education usage. I use the personal one on Outlook 2010 and with Auto-forwarding enabled from the general-usage account to the personal one. Is it possible to add my first account to Outlook but just as an address to send messages from? what I want is to be able to send messages as/from it but not add it fully and check its folders because auto forwarding is already enabled.

It's a Gmail-web feature already, you can sign-in with how many accounts you want inside Gmail and when you compose a message you will see a new field called "from" containing a drop list with all the added addresses.

Sorry if I made any confusion but I made a lot of research on this kind of usage but unfortunately, I've found completely nothing.
 
Well, you can set up an account in outlook and configure it so it doesn't download mail - but you will need to select the account when you want to use it. Outlook will not detect it automatically like google online does. Outlook needs to download it from the account to reply to mail from that account.

to create a send only account, add it to outlook but use a fake server name for incoming. close the dialog and return to outlook. In Send and Receive settings (Ctrl+Alt+S) Edit the send and receive group to set the new account to not check for new mail.
