How do you BCC Someone

I'm a new user and can't figure out how to BCC someone; the BCC FIELD does not appear when I open NEW EMAIL. I can only see FROM, TO and CC. I can't locate any simple instructions to make the BCC field appear so I can enter an email address into it. I've only been able to find solutions to more complex BCC requests like sending to groups, etc. I even went to the BEGINNERS tutorial, but they work from the assumption that the BCC field is already available for entry. It's actually not - at least on mine. Please help. Thanks.
 
If you open up a new email in the tabs across the top there is one labeled Options, click it there should be a an option there that says Bcc and under it it says show fields if you click this it will reveal the Bcc field.
