Adding Work Calendar to my iPhone 4S from Outlook 2010 and vice a versa.

I would like to have my work calendar sync with my iphone and I would also like my iphone calendar available on my outlook 2010 at work as well. Is this possible? We use Microsoft Exchange at work. Also I am not sure if we have 32 bit or 64 bit Outlook.
 
if the server is configured to allow Active sync connection, you can sync over the air with the Exchange server. Go into Settings on the phone and set up an email account. Choose Exchange type - this will get you calendar, contacts, and email - you can configure it not sync mail or contacts if desired.

If you need to sync calendars not on the exchange server, you can use the iCloud.

I am unable to find the setting to choose an Exchange type on the phone. Do I do it under the iCloud mail or what?

This is from my iPad, but the screens are the same - in Settings, Mail, Calendar, Contact, Add account (bottom of list of accounts already set up) you should have a link for Exchange account.

This is what my config looks like for an office365 exchange account. If you don't want to sync mail, calendar and contacts, you can select the account after it is added and turn off folder types.

I have my coporate email already setup will this mess anything up?
 
If your corp mail is set up on the iPad, you should have the calendar on the iPad. This calendar won't sync to outlook at home though.

To get the home calendar into the iPad and into Outlook at work, you need to install the iCloud at home and move your calendar to the iCloud (iCloud should do this for you when it sets itself up.) If you want it in Outlook at work, you need to uninstall iCloud at work and set it up - do not sync the exchange calendar with iCloud, you only want the calendar in iCloud to sync down.

If you can't install iCloud at work, you can see your home calendar on the iDevice and also at https://www.icloud.com/
