This is my scenario which I am sure lots of you have.... at the moment I open a new email and when I have read it I manually search for the subfolder which is the same as the @name of the email address in the mailbox and then move it to that subfolder. eg. email received was to jo@picture.co.uk from katie@camera.co.uk I open the email and after I have read it I want to click file in, and it automatically prompts to file in camera subfolder and I just want to click yes to confirm

Outlook doesn't have a feature that does this but there are several utilities that add features like this. Or you could use a macro (but I'm still working on the macro.)

Utilities are here: Outlook Productivity Tools - Slipstick Systems
