Graphics in email don

Email Account
Exchange Server
Some embedded graphics in my email don't appear. Sometimes instead of the graphic, there is a red X or there is a message about needing to download the graphics first but I have changed the setting in Outlook Trust Center for automatically opening pictures. I also built a new mail profile, deleted content.outlook folder contents, and ran in safe mode and still was unable to view the graphics. However if I forward the message to another Outlook user the graphics appear fine.
