I am trying to block a constant barrage of new spam emails by selecting several top-level domains in the list in Outlook 2010. Unfortunately several of the domains I'd like to block are not listed in the "Blocked Top-Level Domain List." For example, .UK, .EU, .MOBI, etc. Why aren't they in the list, and how do I go about blocking these?
 
EU was submitted for consideration - i have no idea when it will be updated. I don't know why UK is not on the list, MOBI is not because its not an international domain.

You could use a run a script rule to look for those domains.
