applying a rule to the message body only

I'm using outlook 2010 & want to create a rule to categorize any message have the word (offer) with attachments.

following are the settings :

the problem is the actions are taken for every message received in the conversation based on the existence of these words in previous messages

i want only to categorize the message where its body contain these words and any upcoming replies after this message shouldn't be categorized unless it satisfies the rule conditions.
 
if the replies in the thread include the word, it would be categorized... but normal behavior when manually categorizing is all new messages will be categorized if you categorize the conversation instead of the individual message - - it sounds like the rule is treating the message as a conversation. I'll see if i can repro - it's a bug in my opinion.

Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to change the behavior.
