Hi all,
I am trying to set a rule in outlook 2003 in order to forward an e-mail when there is a specific word in the body, for example 123.
I have created the rule using the "rules and alerts" function but when it runs it forwards not only e-mails with the word 123 but also 123456, 456123 or 412356.
I have tried using "" or spaces before and after the word without success.
Any ideas about how to form the rule so it picks up only the specific word I choose from the body and not others that may include this word as a part of them?
