Share calendar but don't share categories

I have two calendars, my personal work calendar and a new calendar I've created to share with two colleagues for particular projects.

I use a number of color-coded categories in my own calendar, but I don't want these to be shared with the other calendar. I'd like that calendar to have three categories of its own. Can I do this?
