Hi all,
We are in a group of four. Every 3 months we need to complete an important task (updating regulator) by the 14th of the month. What I would like to do is;
Setup task request for all memeber in the group
Start Date - 7th
Due Date - 13th
For each person, I want outlook to automatically add
the task to their calender (currently it does not show on our calender)
A daily reminder from the start date and every date to the due date untill someone marks the task as complete
Currently each person has to add a reminder themselves but I would like to be able to set a reminder and add it to the calender automatically from my task request.
is this possible? Please advis?
