Hi there,
A user's PST file shows as around 350MB in Windows Explorer, but when looking at the same file in Outlook 2010, the only sub-folder displayed is Deleted Items (looking in Folder View), and there are only 2 email messages. When Right-clicking the PST file, and clicking on the Folder Size button, I only see 250KB, with no sub-folders.
I have run the SCANPST utility on 2 different machines, and it shows no errors.
Is there anything aside from restoring a backup to get these items back?
Thank you,
Michael Chiasson
