Change a subject after I hit send

I need a way to change the subject of an email after I hit send. Specific example:

If I have a subject that says "meeting", after I hit send I would like the subject to be automatically changed to "meeting {Secure Message}"

How can I accomplish this?
 
You need to write a macro for that. See the ItemSend event of the Application object, in that event you can add to the Subject property of the email.
