Add Fillable Fields to Existing Template

    Hello, is it possible to create a mini form that is available when preparing an email template to send out? In this case there would be 2 fields to enter <user name> and <computer number>. Thank you.

    Well, you can use a template - could use a macro to ask for the values to fill in. If you have the values in a file that could be used in a merge, you could use merge fields.
