seperate read layout to design in outlook 2016..Help!!

Hi everyone,

first time posting here and a noob to customizing a form, ive watched a youtube video on how to create a form design that i would like to use. However, i dont see a button or check box regards "seperate read layout to design" in outlook 2016.

i found the seperate read layout to design however when i send the email as a test it does not show the form
 
You mean the recipient doesnt see it? You need to include the forms definition if you aren't using it internally and have it published in the org forms library. Oh, and you need to change your settings so it's not converted to html on send.

The option to send the definition is on either the properties or actions tab - but it only works if the recipient is using outlook and if their antivirus did not delete the winmail.dat file that holds the custom form definition.
 
I have found it very responsive design and I can manage and setup for different works and purpose.
