Cannot read incoming emails

Hi a lot (not all) of my emails are coming through in a very pale grey font colour, so pale I can't hardly read them. I cannot change the font as it won't allow me even when I try to forward the email its the same and I can't change it??? please help as I am trying to run a business from this email account.
 
What antivirus are you using? It can be affecting the color on messages you receive - we usually see it change the font size though.

What is your stationary color settings in File, Options, stationary and fonts?
 
Hi Dianne, I think I have got it now, thanks for that, for some reason my font colour had changed to light grey :)
