How to disable Server Assisted Search

Outlook version:     outlook LTSC 2021
Email type or host:    imap
I have Outlook LTSC 2021 |
When i do a search it always says "it looks like there is a problem with your network" "Let's look on your computer instead"
How might I disable that since it never works.
I looked online but it points me to a registry key that does not exist

I want to disable it since it wastes my time every search i do.
Is this the key I need?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Search
    • Name the new value DisableServerAssistedSearch.
Oddly, I don't even have Office shown under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\

Is that because it is LTSC?
