That is just duplicating all the contacts. There are two things to check for.
1. Right Click Business Contacts Folder and go to Properties. Then make sure
Show this folder as an email Address Book is checked under Address Book Tab.
2. Click your Address Book Icon (CTRL Shift B), Click on Tools Options.
Check in which Folder you want to store your Contacts and which Folder to
search first for Contacts.
