Had created form, was able to send it . But all the fields I have filled out

are blank in the inbox recipient?

Please help me resilved this?

many thanks in advance

:)

Make sure you've taken care of these requirements:

1) Create both compose and read layouts with controls bound to the same

fields. See http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=38

2) Publish the form to the Organizational Forms library on your Exchange

Server with the "send form definition with item" box unchecked. See

http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=61

I have copy and paste all data from one page to the other. Do you think it

should be ok?

Second part I have removed the check -marck to the section specified but it

is saved under my personnal forms library. I sent the form to myself to test

it. I taught it was not necessary to be saved on the Organizational Forms

library . let me know. Many thanks Sue

I have no idea if it will be OK, because I have no way of knowing what "all

data" means in your case. Forms don't contain data. They contain controls

that can display data when an individual item is created with the form

but only if the control is bound to an Outlook property, as described in the

first link I gave you.

As the second article explains, if you want recipients to see the data from

custom form messages, you must publish the form to the Organizational Forms

library or each person's Personal Forms library.

Sue many many thanks I have read it again. I have renamed the bound control

(Field and format of control) and now it is working. Both pages are matching

and are bounded now.

So happy!!!
