Internet images embed when pasted in Outlook 2010

Hi all,

I just finish working on a newsletter template designed in word. Images were stored on internet server for smaller file size. Now when I copy the objects (tables, text and pictures) from word and paste them onto an outlook new message, the images get embedded instead of retaining their linked status. Is there a way to keep the images linked when copy?

Since I´m new to Outlook and this forum, I hope someone could solve this as all forum and internet search don´t delve to much in this.

All help is welcomed and appreciatted. Thanks in advance.
