Hi Something weird has happened to my outlook and I wonder if anyone can help.My husband and I both have different profiles so when you click the outlook icon you select his name or mine from a drop down list. However, when you go into his account he has a 'Personal Folder' which you can expand on the LHS of the page and it contains my emails (in real time). Now, I assumed he had my .pst folder on his profile but it isnt!! When I add a .pst it does create another 'Personal Folder' option on the LHS but shows as 2 when it should be 3 (his, mine and the added one). I cant seem to remove mine at all. I've gone into Tools/Email Accounts and selected his Data File but mine still shows. I've gone into File/Data File Management and there is only one file showing.I dont know what to try next!!!Thanks for your help - hope it makes sense!!Natalie
