Outlook will not receive mail

I just installed Outlook 2010 Professional 32 bit and also the latest Hotmail connector and now I still cannot receive emails but I send emails. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the connector several times. I am on a Window 7 Home premium HP desktop.




I am at my wits end.
