Outlook will send but not receive

It did this one time in the past. I don't recall the fix. It happens after trying to send too large a jpeg file in an email.

This is using Outlook Connector and Hotmail.

Errors :

You need to move the large mail to a local folder (ie, in a pst in your profile). If you delete it, you need to use Shift+Delete to hard delete it.

Check online to see if the message synced, if it did, delete it from online too.
 
The deleted folders in both Outlook & Hotmail have been deleted.

Outlook is just sitting there. Showing under server status: Mail: connecting, Calendar: connecting, Contacts: connecting.

have you tried a new profile? You could remove the account from your profile and re-add it, but if you have any tasks or notes, you'll need ot copy them to a local pst first - a new profile will allow us to see if it works without risking the lost of notes and tasks or anything else that hasn't synced up.




Create the profile in Control panel - search for mail then profiles.
