Outlook Meeting Response: determine when a meeting response has been edited

Is there a way for the meeting organizer to differentiate between meeting responses that are "accept", "tentative", "declined" only, vs. those responses that have been edited to include additional information for the organizer to read. Most people don't open the message, they just look at the response in the subject. Can responses with text in the body be flagged?:confused:

I'll have to test automatic formatting to see if it can work on the body, but i know you can configure outlook to process responses and delete ones without content. look in tools, options, email options, tracking - if you can't find it, i'll dig up a 2003 machine and get the exact steps.
