Hi

I searched a lot on google but coudn't find answer to my question. The question is -

What settings/macro do i need to do if i want outlook to prompt for password every time i send a new email.

Sometimes, we leave out seat for a short coffee break or a gossip break and forget to lock the system. And if it is not locked, anyone can use my outlook on the system to send an unwanted / bogus emails. Therefore, is it possible that outlook asks for a password every time send button is clicked while sending a mail. Thanks!

PS: I am using microsoft exchange server (official email id).

Outlook doesn't have such an option and I don't know of any VBA offhand that would be able to do this. Our best recommendation is to set the screensaver to come on after a few minutes and require a password to get back into the desktop.
