Is it possible to add a password for my outlook application?

I'm using 2021, 2019, 2017, 2013 editions in different computers

As in, to enter a password in order to open outlook? No. If you use a POP account or a PST file, the pst file can be password protected but when you enter the password, the pst is accessible until you close outlook.

Older versions of Outlook used allow you to require the password every time to check mail. Newer versions always save the password.

every time I connect to Outlook 2021 in different computers at work, a pop up asks me to enter the password of my gmail account. How do I get rid of this? i use 2021, 2016 and 2013 but in 2013 don't have this problem (for now). Can you help me?
 
This is a Gmail personal account? If it's a business account, its due to upcoming changes - but should work in 2016 and newer.

Are you getting the gray Outlook password dialog? It should use the Gmail login screen.

Do you have 2-step verification enabled?
 
i tried 2 step. It's is personal but some can log to the account
