I'm getting a simillar error message when trying to configure the BCM for another user.
So far I was able to configure all laptops with Win7 without major headaches but I don't understand why for this user it's not working.
When releasing the shared Database for this user and trying to configure BCM I'm getting a "can't change password on remote host."
Any ideas what could be wrong? The symptoms are similar to a Win 8 configuration but the user has Win7.
