Not all fields are synced to Outlook 2010

After installing the Outlook Connector, i must see, that not alle fields from my Outlook.com Contacts are synchronized from Outlook.com to my Outlook 2010 localy. Is there a Bugfix or workaround available? Or exists a other version of the Connector (maybe a Beta Version), where all fields are supported?
