Unable to send or reeceive email in new Exchange 2010

I just installed Exchange 2010 on a Windows Server 2008 R2. I went through the total install process with no problems and all my prerequisites installed correctly. I currently have an Exchange 2003 server running and wanted to have both running together until I could move all my 500 + mailboxes. Well i moved a test mailbox, but I am unable to set it up using Outlook 2007 or setup through my i-Phone. I have Exchange Activesync setup as well as Outlook Web App. When I try and connect through a url, I get a message about not being able to connect to a web page.

What have I not done?
