Archives: Unable to locate emails

Hi - My issue is I cannot locate recently archived emails. I archive every 3 months. However looking at the archived folder, the latest email I see is well past 1 year. It does not include the most recent archived messages.

My first thought was I lost everything. However if I searched all the folders, I can see emails beyond 3 months (archived / not in inbox). So it appears the messages are still there, however not stored in archives. Is there anyway to right click those messages to see where they are stored?

Not on right click, but you can find the folder they are in.

Find a missing message and open it. Press Ctrl+Shift+S to open Advanced Find and click the Browse button. The folder the message is in is checked, and you can see where it is in the folder list (assuming you have deeply nested folders)
