For some time now (1-2 years?), I get a message every time I shut down my computer. The message box is entitled "End Program -- Outlook.exe".
The body of the message is something like this:
The message has two buttons: Cancel and End Now.
I recently completed the conversion of the PST from the old ANSI format to the new Unicode format. I was hoping that that would fix this error, but it hasn't.
Can anyone suggest what is wrong and, more importantly, what I can do to fix it?
Thanks

This program is not responding.
To return to Windows and check the status of the program, click Cancel.
If you choose to end the program immediately, you will lose any unsaved data. To end now, click End Now.
