Some of my coworkers tend to forget to cancel the weekly meeting, so I want to create a recurring meeting and want to send them an invitation they have to accept or decline in Outlook every time.
For example:
We have a weekly meeting on Wednesday, so I want to automatically send them an invitation every Monday, if they can participate in the meeting on Wednesday. Is there any possibility to do this on a recurring meeting?
I couldn't find this question anywhere else (maybe I didn't use the right keywords...), I hope you can help me!
