I work for a consulting company and we use distribution lists to send to groups of people for certain client teams, entire office, etc. The problem we're having is every time we send an email to a distribution list, it expands the list after sending it. So, for example, let's say the name of the list was "Client Team A." If I send an email to "Client Team A," everyone in that group would receive that email, but in the "To:" field, it would have everyone's individual name listed instead of "Client Team A."
