I searched the other threads and didn't find this specifically, so I apologize if it's already been answered.
Today I opened my Outlook 2013 and suddenly I cannot move messages from the Inbox to the different folders. I use GMAIL as my email service provider. The folders are under the Inbox in Outlook and match the labels in GMAIL.
When I try to move them, it says
Cannot move items. Item cannot be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied.
This happens with most messages even when they are brand new and I just open them and try to move them. Every 5th email, it doesn't give me the error and eventually does move it, though 20-30 seconds later.
If I go to the GMAIL interface and move everything and then go back to Outlook all of the messages are in the right folders.
I seem to be able to send and receive just fine from Outlook.
Any ideas on what might have happened?
Thanks!
