Outlook 2010 – Send email based on categories

Hello

I'm using Outlook 2010, and I use the Categories feature to assign emails to different persons. The categories are custom and they have already the names of the persons(e.g. John, Diane, Smith...).
I would like to know is possible to create macros and based on category I select an email to be sent to the person or person I select.
The inbox it’s share inbox and multiple persons have access to it. But is not the main inbox so some of them will not know if a email is assign to them.

an item change macro should be able to do that. i might have some samples that can easily be changed to do this.
