Outlook 2010 Not Recieiving Emails Automatically, Have tohit Send / Recieve

I have a pc that is not updating emails automatically. You have to hit the send / receive to get the new emails. It send emails just fine, not receiving though. I have deleted the profile and re-created it, i have deleted the profile and deleted the OST files and such under app data, and then made a new profile and the same thing happens.

Outlook 2010 32 Bit on Windows 7 64bit Professional, Exchange Server 2007

What are the send and receive settings - Ctrl+Alt+S to open the dialog. Select the SR group then Edit to check the settings.

Do the messages arrive if you switch folders? If so, there may be a problem with a NAT router.
