I want to stylize my emails

I am not sure what look you want - the appearance in Dropbox looks to me like standard Outlook. But you might be able to construct the look you want by using Views. Many things can be changed there. I use Views to define what Outlook's main window looks like, though I haven't tried it for individual emails.
