Recently I been getting a tremendous amount of spam from domains with the suffix ".top". After examining over 1,000 I have yet to find an email that is not spam. Is it possible in Outlook to create a rule that will move emails to the deleted folder that are from domains with the suffix ".top"?

Yep,
Create Rule: > From > Contains: .top
Move to: Deleted Items
