Hi, This is a bit crazy but every time I set up a rule in Outlook 2013 the rule seems to work but actually deletes the email. I have to log into Office 365 and recover the email from the deleted items folder. It happened with 2 business emails, one being a tax payment, so I was less than impressed. As a test I added a simple rule to move and email to a folder and it did the same. I recovered it to my inbox, it reappeared, I ran the rule again and it was deleted. Has anyone else come across this before ? Steve
