not all emails are in OST

not sure if this should go to Outlook or Exchange forum. anyway, i noticed that my OST contents is not the same as the one on the server. i have recreated the Outlook profile and still same. contents are not fully the same as the one on the server.

anyone have a solution to this?
 
In what way are they different? Outlook has an option to only sync recent items - default is either 12 or 24 months, depending on your version. (File, Account Settings, double click on the account to check the sync settings)
