Flagging emails in conversations

I am trying to determine if there is a way that if an email comes in that is part of a tracked conversation, it would flag the new email coming in as the same follow up flag and complete the email that was previously marked as follow up. I have created a view that allows me to "snooze" emails, and would like to figure this one out. Thoughts?
 
I would suggest you use Office 365 archive mailbox in your Office 365 subscription. It will allow you to snooze the flags email and also you can archive those emails if you want. You can buy the subscription form the official Microsoft site. Also, there are other office 365 email archiving solutions providers as well, they can help you!

Flags don't carry over to the other messages in the thread - only categories will do that (if you categorize the parent in the conversation).

An Office 365 account or Archive mailbox isn't going to offer the features you need.
