Is it possible it set the fonts used to read incoming mail

You have the word object model selected in References, correct? I only get the error when I don't have word set in references.

Try unticking word object library, click Ok then reselect it.

That worked ! no errors. It asked me to name it so I did and it opened another window with the name I created. Now I have to create a certificate correct? I'll go back to your tutorial and follow it.

You don't have to sign it - I never do, because I'm constantly testing macros and would need to resign it after every edit. But if you are done editing, you can sign it then set the security level to only allow signed macros.

Unfortunately I can't get it to work, thought I did but still getting errors. Is there a third party that allows to set incoming email size for all emails that works well?

To change the default font in Outlook :
From the File tab, select Options. Select Mail. Click Stationery and Fonts. Make your desired changes to new mail messages, replying or forwarding messages, and/or composing and reading plain text messages.

Hope this information helps you.
